Of course service means fast, friendly and efficient orders, assistance and turnaround time, but on a much deeper level we believe that service begins with product selection, warranty coverages and quality assurance. Mike’s philosophy from the beginning was to prevent issues by selecting the optimum quality frames and unsurpassed lens technologies for every single customer. Every pair of glasses made by Wink has the same high quality lenses as all the pairs before it and the ones to come after.

Wink eyewear is like the Disneyland of optical shops. A lot of the hard work happens behind the scenes so the magic can happen, quite literally, before your very eyes. From the way we manage and vet the pedigree of our frames and lenses to the 17 point quality inspection that takes place before we even notify you that your order is ready, we do all the hard or mundane stuff behind the scenes so your experience is as pleasant as possible.

Wink is growing, but we are not a large company. We are still small and nimble enough to handle each customer’s needs individually. We are proud that we have the ability and the opportunity to approach each pair of glasses with a new perspective and individual attention.

I believe that we all deserve friendly, attentive customer service. It’s sad to say but it is becoming increasingly rare to find actual, in-person help in our current retail landscape. Wink will always be a lighthouse for friendly, personal service.
