• Domestic Shipping

    Winkeyewear.com offers free USPS priority mail shipping in the United States.  Priority mail is the most reliable, traceable, and cost effective shipping method and usually arrives within 2-3 business days from the ship date.  Delays in shipping, although rare, can happen and are out of our control once your package has been shipped. Don’t worry, all of our policies and warranties begin on the delivery date from your package tracking number.

    All orders are processed and packed individually by our staff at our stores.  

    Please allow one business day to process your order for shipping.  If you requested a quote on prescription lenses at check out, we will make every attempt to contact you with that quote, shipping times will vary as we quote and/or process your lens order.

    Return Shipping

    Winkeyewear.com offers free return shipping in the case of exchanges for merchandise or store credit only. In the event that a refund is requested, shipping costs will not be covered.

    International Shipping

    Wink eyewear ships internationally to a select few destinations. Please contact us prior to placing your order if your country is not listed in the shipping option at checkout.

  • ● Any item sold at a discounted price. Only regularly priced items may be returned / exchanged and/or refunded.

    ● Store credits, winkeyewear.com gift certificates or physical Wink eyewear Gift Cards are not returnable and have no cash value other than credit at Wink eyewear stores or winkeyewear.com.

    ● Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing original packaging.

    ● Any item or order in which two weeks (14 days) have ellapsed since delivery.

    ● Prescription lenses are not returnable.

    ● Custom Polarized lenses.

    ● Any item marked as “Final Sale.” These items can not be returned / exchanged and/or refunded.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your order.  Once two weeks have passed we may not be able to offer any returns, exchanges or refunds.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging, case, & unused cleaning cloth.
